ORDER

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by adding items to your shopping cart and paying for them on the checkout page. We recommend creating an account so you can find your orders later.

How do I repeat an order?

First of all, it is good to know that for repeat orders you need an account.

Once you have that, go to your account where you will find an overview of your previous orders.

Click on the order you want to reorder.

On the next screen you will see a blue button with the option to reorder this order ("Order again")

Click on this and you will go straight to the filled shopping cart with the same items as the order you were in.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

We naturally try to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please send an email to info@collectix.nl with the change you would like to make.

We don't give any guarantees, but if it is possible to adjust the order, we will certainly do so.

If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot do anything about it.

I have a question about a product, where can I go?

Do you have a question about a specific product, or are you missing any products?

Then ask a question via the contact form at the bottom of this page.

We will do our best to provide you with an answer as quickly as possible.

Can I also pick it up?

No, unfortunately, this isn't possible. We currently only offer shipping via PostNL.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is €6.95, shipping to Belgium is €12.95.

We currently don't have free shipping on orders over a certain amount. This is mainly because we're a new webshop with very little margin.

Hopefully we can change this in the future.

What is the delivery time?

We try to deliver all orders placed before 5:00 PM to our carrier the same day.

You will usually receive your package the next working day.

What shipping options are available and for which countries?

At this moment we only have a partnership with PostNL for parcel post.

We currently only deliver to Dutch and Belgian customers.

What payment options do you offer?

We currently offer the following payment options during checkout:

  • Ideal
  • Bancontact
  • KBC/CBC
  • Credit card
  • Riverty
  • Klarna

Can I pay later?

Post-payment is possible with Riverty and Klarna payment options. These parties will assess whether your information qualifies for post-payment.

WE HAVE NO INFLUENCE ON THIS!

If, for any reason, your deferred payment isn't accepted by Riverty or Klarna, you can always return to your shopping cart and select one of the other payment methods to complete your order.

Can I pay by account/invoice?

Our site is strictly B2C (Business to Consumer) and therefore does not offer the option for businesses to pay by invoice.
