Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this. Sometimes products are out of stock, in which case the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course notify you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are as follows: € 7.95 for orders shipped to the Netherlands. € 12.95 for orders shipped to EU countries.

Delivery is handled by PostNL's parcel service. In general, delivery will take place on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
