Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@collectix.nl. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Anjelierstraat 6, 1214 CH Hilversum, The Netherlands. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. For any questions about returns, you can always contact us at info@collectix.nl.

Damage and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / items that cannot be returned Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within ten business days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
